We understand that dental emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we maintain open slots in our schedules every day to accommodate patients with urgent dental issues.

The fee for an emergency assessment is from £60

I was pleased with my visit and felt that the new dentist took time to get to know me (as it was my first visit since Helen’s retirement). What I would like to note is that the costs of treatments at the practice have reached ridiculous heights, to the point where I am considering leaving the practice (having been there for 30 years and being the third generation of my family to use this dentist). £430 for two fillings is absolutely absurd, private practice or not, especially when we pay £20 a month for DenPlan.

I’ve always struggled with confidence at the dentist due to years of negative experiences, but Ormskirk Cottage Dentist completely changed that. Huge thank you to Michael Cole — I’ve never felt so comfortable or relaxed in the chair. Professional, calming, and genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone with dental anxiety!
